BOOKING FEE
Beauty Services
A 50% deposit is required for all appointments upon booking. This will be deducted from the total amount of your service on the day of your appointment or used as a cancellation fee if you fail to show-up or cancel/reschedule outside of the specified time frame in our cancellation policy.
Cosmetic Tattooing
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required on the day of booking for cosmetic tattooing procedures to secure your appointment. This will be deducted off the total price on the day of your procedure or forfeited if you fail to show-up or cancel/reschedule outside of the specified time frame in our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A reminder text message will be sent out confirming your booking 2 days prior as we understand how busy life gets and our appointments we make in advance can sometimes slip our mind. If you cannot make this appointment, please reply at the time of this text, allowing us time to fill the appointment and accommodate those waiting patiently on the cancellation list. Failure to do so, will result in your booking fee or cosmetic tattooing deposit being forfeited.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We will make every attempt to accommodate and rebook you in a timely manner. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your booked treatment time, it will be treated as a no-show or missed appointment and result in a loss of your booking fee.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Failing to cancel your appointment and/or not showing up, your booking fee or deposit will be forfeited. You may be required to pay 100% of the total of the new appointment prior to booking.
